Welcoming Lis Rodrigues to NW3 CLT's Board of Directors

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Lis to the Board of Directors at NW3 CLT. With over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing development sector, Lis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organisation.

Throughout her career, Lis has held significant leadership roles in various Local Authorities and Housing Associations, including Haringey, Westminster, Barnet, L&Q, NHHG, and Newlon, among others. Currently serving as the Director of Regeneration & Strategic Projects at Southern Housing, Lis has demonstrated a strong commitment to addressing the housing needs of communities.

In her letter to our members, Lis expressed her excitement about joining NW3 CLT and her keen interest in the progress of our organisation, stating, "I am delighted to be joining the Board of NW3 CLT as I have been following the progress of the organisation from afar since its inception."

Lis emphasised her enthusiasm for contributing to the delivery of affordable housing in Hampstead, stating, "I am excited to be involved in this project to deliver an affordable home for local residents in an area of London that is not traditionally affordable to live in."

Furthermore, Lis expressed her eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and make a contribution to NW3 CLT and the wider sector, saying, "I look forward to meeting new colleagues within NW3 CLT and the sector as a whole, making a valuable contribution to the organisation and learning so much from everyone."

With her extensive experience in affordable housing development and her dedication to community-driven initiatives, Lis is poised to play a significant role in advancing NW3 CLT's mission of providing accessible housing solutions.
