Camden Cabinet decision on 31 Daleham Gardens
Camden Cabinet voted unanimously to dispose of 31 Daleham to a Community Land Trust developer.
Following this decision Camden has opened an expression of interest process in late 2020, which required us to complete a detailed application form and submit evidence of our organisations’s capacity and experience of delivering housing for the local community.
The application was submitted in February 2021.
