This groups has developed our understanding of 'affordability' through discussion and members surveys, influencing our financial modelling with the aim of making our units truly more affordable.

A place for members to strategise around our two main fundraising areas -

1) raising funds to improve the affordability of project 1 (Daleham Gardens)

2) fundraising for the annual operational costs of NW3 CLT

This group will help develop our 'Allocations Policy' through helping integrate membership feedback on policy drafts, convening 3rd-party scrutiny groups for processes and working with other community groups to build fair and equitable processes.
