Start-up funding received from CLH

We received funding of £10,000 from the Community-led Housing Hub to develop a business case that illustrates the need and capacity for developing community-led housing in NW3 with focus on small sites such as 31 Daleham Gardens. The funding was used to work with Altair on a podplan/financial model that illustrates the financial viability of such a project and therefore presenting the council with an alternative approach to developing affordable housing in our area of Camden. The funding came along with support from CLH’s excellent advisors, who attended numerous member and board meetings.
