We are thrilled to announce the release of NW3 Community Land Trust’s new Business Plan, outlining our strategic vision to create more affordable housing for the NW3 area and beyond.
Since our founding in 2015, NW3 CLT has been dedicated to providing genuinely affordable homes to local residents, fostering a connected and inclusive community. Our business plan serves as a roadmap for achieving this mission, highlighting key projects, partnerships, and our commitment to sustainability and community involvement.
Key Highlights of the Plan:
31 Daleham Gardens Development: Our flagship project aims to deliver 14 new homes, with 50% affordable units for local people. This includes 2 social rented homes and 6 discounted market sale properties, ensuring long-term affordability.
Camden Council Collaboration: We are proud to align with Camden’s 2025 Plan to increase affordable housing in the borough and support young people and families with deep local connections.
Sustainability Focus: The new development will aim for Passive House Low Energy Standards, integrating features like air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, and a blue roof for rainwater management.
Community Engagement: We are committed to engaging with local residents and stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure the success of our housing projects.
