Community Ownership, Viability and Affordability - A roundtable with RUSS and London CLT's Citizens House

NW3 CLT is excited to announce an upcoming round table discussion titled "Community Ownership, Viability, and Affordability" featuring members from RUSS and London CLT’s Citizens House. This event marks the culmination of years of hard work by both organisations, who have recently completed their projects and moved into the homes they have developed.

Event Details:

  • Date: 9th July 2024

  • Time: 6:30 PM

  • Venue: London School of Mosaics, 181 Mansfield Rd, London NW3 2HP

This event aims to bring together members from various community-led housing initiatives to share their experiences, challenges, and successes. It will provide a platform for discussing the critical aspects of community ownership, ensuring project viability, and maintaining affordability in housing developments. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from the firsthand experiences of RUSS and London CLT, making it an invaluable session for anyone involved or interested in community-led housing projects.

We believe this event will be particularly invigorating following the election results and look forward to a robust exchange of ideas and strategies.

For our members, new and old, this is a great opportunity to connect, learn, and get inspired by the incredible work being done in our community.

Join us for an evening of insightful discussions and networking. We look forward to your participation!
