We are delighted to invite you to our first face to face meeting for a long time. We have been running Zoom meeting since April 2020, which helped to expand our membership and increase the numbers of people attending meetings. However, as a community it is important to finally be together in a social space and have informal discussions and get to know each other.

We will be focusing on the following agenda items:

• Welcome and Introduction of new members

• Updates on planning proposals for Daleham Gardens

• Update on Allocations Process development

• Any members wishing to join a sub-committee to help with the next steps

It would be great if those attending could bring some nibbles and drinks, which we can share.
